Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Twin Veil. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help!
Please Note: ***Due to hygenic reasons, all undercaps, matching hijab sets, and accessories are final sale due to hygienic purposes. This means that no returns, exchanges or refunds can be accommodated.***
Below applies to any seperate hijab purchases:
Easy Returns:
- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our Customer Service team at twinveil@outlook.com to initiate a return.
- Clearly write the order number and reason for return to help us better serve you.
- Once the return is approved, please ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
**Do not ship any packages to us without approval first. We are not responsible for any packages sent without speaking to us first.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment minus any shipping fees.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. This does not happen often due to our rigorous quality control measures.
Final Sale Items:
- Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
