All orders are shipped from Canada, therefore orders within Canada will not be charged additional duty/custom fees.

Canadian Domestic Orders

Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday and ship within 1-3 business days.  Standard shipping will arrive within 7-10 business days. Express shipping will arrive in 2-5 business days. During sale periods, order processing and delivery can take 2-4 business days longer.  

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

Express & International 

We Ship Worldwide. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday and ship within 1-3 business days. During sale periods, order processing and delivery can take 2-4 business days longer. 

Delivery Time

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Twin Veil is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier,, especially during high-volume periods. Twin Veil can never guarantee a delivery date. We are not responsible for any package that comes back as undeliverable. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delivered by the courier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package, then you must file a complaint with your local courier.

Twin Veil is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part including providing an incorrect mailing address.

 

Taxes & Duties 

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders outside of Canada.

The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. Twin Veil is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees and in the event that your package is sent back to us, you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the courier. Twin Veil is not responsible if your order is not received, missing or abandoned by the courier.

Twin Veil is not responsible for any refused packages by recipients and a refund will not be issued if a package is refused and/or undeli. For U.S & International orders, undeliverable packages are abandoned or destroyed by the courier. Twin Veil is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders refused by the customer and/or errors on the customer’s part regarding incorrect address information.
